Edit Review Summary Information for a Monitoring Review


Concept

In this topic, you will learn how to edit review summary information for a monitoring review.


Steps:

  1. Hover over the Grant Maintenance menu and click the Monitoring Reviews menu item to begin the process of editing a monitoring review.

    Step 1
  2. Click the Review Start Date link to access the desired review.

     

    In this example, click the 08/30/2013 link.

    Step 2
  3. Click the Update Information link to modify information in the Review Summary field.

    Step 3
  4. The Edit Review Summary window will appear.  All fields in this window can be edited.

     

    In this example, we will modify the Review Type and Lead Reviewer fields.

    Step 4
  5. Click the Review Type field to change the review type.

    Step 5
  6. Select a review type from the dropdown list.

     

    In this example, select Desk.

  7. Click in the Lead Reviewer Name field to enter a new lead reviewer.

  8. Enter the person's first and last name in the Lead Reviewer Name field.

     

    Enter "Helen Smith".

  9. Click the Save button to save and submit your changes.

  10. A message will appear confirming that the monitoring review has been saved successfully.

  11. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
