Inquire on an Award

In this topic, you will learn how to inquire on an award.


Steps:

  1. Click the Prepare menu item to begin the process of inquiring on an award.

    Step 1
  2. Enter the correct information into the Fiscal Year field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "2022".

  3. Enter the correct information into the CFDA/Subprogram field.

     

    For this example, enter a valid value e.g. "84.011A".

  4. Click in the Award Type field to display the list of award types.

    Step 4
  5. Select the appropriate award type.

     

    In this example, select Discretionary.

  6. Click in the Action Type field to display the list of action types.

    Step 6
  7. Select the appropriate action type.

     

    In this example, select New Competition.

  8. Click the Search button to search for awards which meet the search criteria.

  9. Click the Select radio button to select the award you want to review.

     

    In this example, select the first award.

  10. Click the Inquire Award button to inquire on the award.

  11. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the UEI and Contacts information.

  12. After reviewing the Contacts information, click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and review the clauses or attachments.

  13. After reviewing the clauses and attachments, click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the award history.

  14. Click the < Previous button to return the search results screen.

  15. Note:  If you want to search for additional awards, you may perform a new search and repeat the process.

  16. Hover over the Main menu and click the My HomePage menu item to return to the My Home Page screen.
