Prerequisites: The prerequisites for this topic are:
1. User has knowledge of the application Technical Review Plan and competition requirements.
2. An open competition panel exists in G5.
3. User has registered in G5 as a reviewer and activated his/her account.
4. User has previously scored a Technical Review Form for a competition panel application in G5 and submitted it.
