Definition: This fields represent the total amount withdrawn or authorized for each grant award. For example, the maximum authorized amount per award granted to a payee is the Net Authorized amount.
Additional Information: When doing a Drawdown Adjustment or a Payment Request, the user needs to be aware that they cannot request more than the Net Authorization or Available Balance. Also a user cannot do a Decrease Net Authorization for more than what has been authorized to date, resulting in a greater Net Authorization than what has been awarded.
