Purpose: This topic provides instructions on how to sign a G5 Payee or Servicer Access Request Form as a senior officer.  Senior officer signatures are required to verify the identities of users who request access to award payment information in G5.  The user who is requesting or modifying access will first complete their request in G5.  They will then receive a request to perform a digital signature on the G5 Payee or Servicer Access Request Form.  After they complete their signature, their form is sent to the senior officer for approval.  After the senior officer signs the form, it is sent to G5 for processing.
