The form opens on the Main Questions tab. The Question Summary tree is displayed on the left-hand side.
Note: As soon as you engage this screen, the system displays a clock on the right-hand side which will count down to the standard timeout for a G5 session. The session will timeout in 20 minutes, however, you will be able to click a button to continue your session without interruption.
