In this topic, you will learn how to edit your profile for first time Two Factor users.
Steps:
To begin, enter your Email ID and Password on the G5 homepage.
Click the Yes, I Accept the Terms checkbox.
Step 2Click the Login to G5 button to log in.
Step 3After you have successfully entered your Email ID and Password, you will be directed to the My Profile page to verify or complete your profile data. Please verify and/or enter all phone numbers that you wish to use to receive your unique passcodes.
Work Number - Enter a number that will be used to Receive Voice Call-back passcode
Mobile Number - Enter a mobile cell number that will be used to Receive SMS/Text passcode
Alternate Number - Enter an alternate number if you so desire.
Note: When entering phone numbers include the area code. Do not use dashes. (Eg.2334567891.) Make sure you include any extensions needed to ring directly to you and that you select the country for any non-US number. Enter extension, up to 8 characters (Eg. 12345678).
3 Security Questions - Please answer and complete all three security questions. This will allow you to use the Remove Device feature if you need to remove/deactivate your smart device.
Step 4The data has been entered for you in this example.
Once you have completed and updated all the data required, click the Continue button.
Step 5Click the Submit button.
Step 6Click the Continue button.
Step 7After you have completed and submitted your profile you will now be directed to the Two Factor Authorization screen where you will have one of three ways to retrieve the unique code needed to complete the G5 log-in process. The three choices you will have are:
App - Use an Authenticator Application on your smart device. Please note that this is the preferred method as it is the most secure.
Voice - Receive Voice Call-Back
Text - Receive SMS/Text
Note: Use only one of the three options to retrieve the unique code necessary to log in to G5.
